 Everglades EcoLodge at Big Cypress (the "Lodge"), will be a full or limited service EcoLodge complex, designed and operated within thematic, enjoyably outdoor recreation, nature based program within educational and environmentally, and entertainment sound parameters. The whole experience is known as an "Edutainment". This facility is planned to contain several structures, including:
- The Welcome Center within the lodge will be the "gateway" and introduction to the "EcoExperience";
- The Lodge will consist of service and conference buildings, including limited restaurant service a lagoon pool and other facilities. Phase I will contain 124 units – 80 suite-type units in the three story main EcoLodge, 44 units in free standing and secluded two-bedroom Eco-Villas in a village format and;
- Outdoor water activities featuring a zero entrance lagoon type pool with water slides, water falls and swims up lounge and Jacuzzi areas.
